How do I record or upload a meeting?
Open Kesho and tap Record to capture live, or Upload to bring in an existing audio file. Processing happens automatically.
How do I delete a note or my data?
Open a note and tap Delete — this also removes its audio. To delete your whole account and data, email us and we'll take care of it.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings.
A transcript looks wrong — what can I do?
Accuracy improves with clearer audio. For unsupported languages, some words may be off — we're actively expanding language support.
